User support

CandP’s product support is part of Aksios’ international support system. Submitting support requests and discussing them is done by e-mail and phone. All users of the software who have acquired the right to use the software are entitled to product support.

Tel. +358 50 60 345. Weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (UTC+2) The caller’s own telephone operator charges the price according to the caller’s subscription contract (dvm/mpm) for the call. Aksios Corporation Oy does not charge a fee.
